UK DELIVERIES

UK Delivery: Delivery usually takes one working day from when the order leaves our Shop.

Please note that delivery to non-mainland UK and certain remote areas will take longer and if an order includes a personalised item, this may also lengthen the dispatch time of your order

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All international orders are sent with UPS. You will receive a Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been packed. Depending on the time of day this happens, it may not be collected by UPS until the following working day. Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address. Costs are detailed below: 

Europe Zone 1:

Germany, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic

Delivery is charged at £14.95 and sent by UPS European Standard Single Service, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days.

Europe Zone 2:

Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco

Delivery is charged at £24.95 and sent by UPS Worldwide Express Saver Service, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

Rest Of World Zone 1:

USA, Australia, Canada

Delivery is charged at £26.95 and sent by UPS Worldwide Express Saver Service, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

Rest Of World Zone 2:

Mexico, Indonesia, Iceland, Serbia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Paraguay, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Botswana, China, Cyprus, Peru, Philippines, Turkey

Delivery is charged at £29.95 and sent by UPS Worldwide Express Saver Service, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

Customs & Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. If delivery is refused, we will not process any refund until the goods have been returned to us and the original delivery charge will not be refunded. In addition, any associated charges to AFC Wimbledon as a result of the goods being returned will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Dispatching of Orders: Although we try to process and dispatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

  • Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will dispatched in the period specified on the website
  • Personalised Items: Items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra three days before they are ready to be dispatched.

Partial Shipments

If your items are shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package. Only one shipping fee will be charged, and the items will be delivered as they become available using the selected shipping method.
