Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with AFC Wimbledon. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If you require an exchange, you are welcome to do so either in person or via post. If using post, please enclose a note explaining what you’d like and we’ll do our best to make this happen. Please note that the cost of returning the item is not covered by the shop and is your responsibility, however when posting out the exchange item, that's on us.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and let you know. You will receive the credit within five working days or sooner, depending on your card issuer's policies. Return postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include the original postage costs.

Please note that personalised items, e.g. printed shirts, cannot be refunded unless an error has been made with the printing or the item is faulty.
